Outlook Express 2007 Configuration for BSNL email. Before starting, I would like to lay a brief idea about IMAP and POP. Difference between IMAP and POP: IMAP and POP are two different protocols. IMAP stands for Internet Message Access Protocol and POP stands for Post Office Protocol . IMAP always syncs with the mail server(gmail, yahoo and bsnl etc) so any changes in the mail client/devices (Outlook, Thunderbird etc) will instantly effect the mail server i.e will reflect in your mail inbox. if you read a mail using mail client, you will see it as "read" in your inbox. Likewise if you delete any mail from your mail client it will directly delete from mail server (inbox). Since mail client/devices are always sync with mail server, using IMAP you can access your mail from multiple mail clients/devices and each clients/devices detect any changes in real time. Manual leave (EL, HPL, CL, RH) Quota updation process in SAP for BSNL Employees. Normally leave updation run once or twice in a year depending on the type of leave. 1. EL and HPL update twice in a year i.e. on 1st Jan and 1st July 2. CL and RH update once in a year i.e on 1st Jan. Precedure: 1) Run T-code: zhr_quota_update 2) PERIOD :  Enter the date as per type of leave that is to be updated.  For EL and HPL date should be 01.01.YYYY to 30.06.YYYY or 01.07.YYYY to 31.12.YYYY. How to add Picture or logo in Gmail Signature  1) Picture or Logo source can be from Google drive, Computer local drive or external link either. 2) Login to your gmail account. 3) Click on " Setting " 4) Click on " General " Tab. Scroll down and select " Signature ". Write the signature in the white space provided. To insert the picture or logo, click on " Insert image ". 5) Now choose the location of the picture or logo by selecting the proper tab i.e. if the logo/picture is in already stored in google drive, select the " My   Drive " tab and select the picture and click " add select ".
